Open a new image of 600*600 flood fill with white Open the tube "ribbonheart2" copy and paste as a new layer resize by 30% Mura's meiter - copies the 3 first number as to be change for 20-70-70 encircle leave the rest of the numbers as default magic wand select inside the circle selection expand by 7 Add a new raster copy and paste the tube "paper13_resize" into selection drop this layer down of 1 place and active the top layer magic wand select inside of all the metal heart selection expand by 3 Add a new raster copy and paste the tube "paper3_resize" into selection drop this layer down of 1 place and active the top layer dropshadow your circle 1- -1-50-5 black repeat with with 1-1-50-5 Open your main tube copy and paste as a new layer resize by 80% Open the tube "flower9" copy and paste as a new layer put it into place Open the tube "flower10" copy and paste as a new layer resize by 40% put it into place Open the tube "bow11" copy and paste as a new layer resize by 40% put it into place Open the tube "butterfly4" copy and paste as a new layer resize by 30% put it into place duplicate it and resize by 75% put it into place Open the tube "rose2" copy and paste as a new layer resize by 50% free rotate 90 right mirror it Open the tube "rose3" copy and paste as a new layer resize by 50% free rotate 90 right mirror it Open the tube "flower14" copy and paste as a new layer the flower you choose put it on the both roses drop shadow as you wish all your tube i also add a sparkle to the black rose :) you can add more elements if you wish Add your signature and the copyright save jpg
